Vicca was born on August 13, 1974 in Moscow, Russia. She excelled at fencing, physics and mathematics in grade school. She was noticed by a modeling scout at age 14 and spent her weekends at photo shoots. Later she won the Miss Teen Moscow beauty pageant. Following graduation from high school at age 16, she majored in Optical Electric Systems at a Siberian college.
